Mrs. Amanda Evans
Hello! My name is Amanda!! I was born in Bakersfield, CA in 1963 and graduated from Bakersfield High School in 1981. I then completed the Jr Accounting program at Lufkin Business College in 1982. I was married in 1984, and had my first child in 1986. I worked as a bookkeeper for several oil companies in the San Joaquin Valley until 1997, when I remarried and moved to Loomis.
I have been a Franklin Elementary Mom, a Del Oro Mom, and upon the birth of my second son in 2002, became a full time mom of a baby and a high-schooler at the same time. My youngest son entered Loomis Basin Charter School as a 1st grader the year that the school opened. I started out as a volunteer lunchtime supervisor and then grabbed the permanent position as it became available. I was once again, a mom of a Varsity footballer at Del Oro until 2020. I continue to be a dedicated "Para Educator" and "yard duty" at LBCS.
