Jessica Alva

 

Hello my name is Jessica Alva and I am very excited to be teaching at Loomis Basin Charter School.  I recently moved from Portland, OR and currently live in Rocklin.  Outside of teaching I enjoy running, swimming, cycling and knitting.

I am thrilled to be a part of the LBCS family and hope to cultivate a sense of community in my classroom.  I encourage my students to work to their fullest potential and promote a positive classroom environment.

I look forward to my adventure at LBCS and can’t wait to get to know the students who will be joining me on this journey.  It’s going to be a fantastic year!
