Parent Teacher Club
The PTC is committed to providing funds each year to the classroom teachers to purchase supplies and to fund transportation costs for class field trips. Other activities funded by the PTC may include special programs and purchasing equipment. Each PTC committee (except fundraising) is budgeted funds for their event or project.
All PTC funds go directly into school projects, functions, supplies, and equipment.
The purpose of the LBCS PTC is:

To provide monies and/or support for programs, activities and items that the
Membership find to be consequential and important to the education and/or welfare of the children and staff at Loomis Basin Charter School. To provide opportunities for the school and community to gather together so that the positive relationships between families, staff and community members become stronger and to assist with school activities.
- To provide a forum for and to foster communication between and among teachers,
parents, and administration of Loomis Basin Charter School students.
PTC meetings are held monthly, and all parents and staff are welcome to attend.
