The Placer County Network of Care, in partnership with the Placer County Office of Education, has developed an online database containing health and wellness information. The website includes local supports and services, and promotes improved student wellness and academic performance. The need for community supports becomes increasingly important with complex student needs and high caseloads for school staff. The Network of Care is a free resource that can provide teachers, counselors, parents and students with a vast amount of wellness information and services right at their fingertips. The Placer County Network of Care and Placer County Office of Education appreciate your continued commitment to student wellness and academic performance. Please share the Network of Care as a resource to your staff, students and families throughout the school year. Fliers and pamphlets can be provided for free to your schools. Additionally, you can request a Network of Care training and/or presentation that highlights the many helpful aspects of the online resource.
